PPAW Wind Energy Centre

The Pohénégamook - Picard - Saint-Antonin - Wolastokuk (PPAW) Wind Energy Centre is a 350 megawatt wind energy project located in the Bas-Saint Laurent region in Quebec, in Saint-Antonin, Pohénégamook, Honoré-de-Témiscouata, and Picard. The project was selected by Hydro-Quebec in 2023 to contribute to Quebec's energy transition plan.

While our in-house engineering and pre-construction teams are busy preparing the next steps, our PPAW development team continues to work on obtaining all the necessary permits, including environmental acceptability, government decree, construction permits and many others, prior to commencing ground work.
