Notice to hunters

Please note that Invenergy and l'Alliance de l'énergie de l'Est are preparing to undertake clearing work in preparation for the construction of the Pohénégamook-Picard-Saint-Antonin-Wolastokuk (PPAW) Wind Centre.

This preliminary step, and the project as a whole, is subject to the issuance of an environmental decree and authorizations, which are expected to be issued shortly. 

The map included below corresponds to the most recent update as of September 2024, including work areas for turbine assembly and access roads, 84% of which are existing roads.

Therefore, we encourage you to plan the management of your temporary installations on public land in anticipation of the clearing period scheduled for winter 2025 if they are located in the areas identified on the map, and to remove them if you wish to do so.
